Regional center finder

Twenty-one regional centers cover California's 58 counties. Every Self-Determination step runs through yours: eligibility, the individual budget, the spending plan, the appeal. Pick your county.

Los Angeles County is split among seven centers by area. Choose it to see all seven and which parts of the county each one serves. Each result also shows what that center publishes about Self-Determination and who to contact, gathered from the center's own website.

Why this exists

The Department of Developmental Services publishes the list of centers and the counties each serves, but its own county lookup page currently has no working lookup on it, and the older lookup address no longer resolves. This page is that list, made searchable. It carries the same information DDS publishes and nothing more.

Each result also lists what that center publishes about Self-Determination, its own page, its spending plan forms, its orientation notices, and the people it names for families to contact, all gathered from the center's own website on the date shown. Forms and contacts vary from center to center, which is exactly why they are here.

Everything about Self-Determination, in one place.
