Privacy
Effective 30 September 2026. This covers calsdp.com. Sentinel Four's own website has its own privacy policy.
The short version. You can read everything here without signing up, logging in or telling us who you are. There are no forms on this site. We count which pages are read so we know what is useful, and that is all we collect.
What we collect
Page counts. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read, how long people stay, and how they found the site. It sets cookies and collects standard technical details: the pages you view, your browser and device type, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run remarketing, and we do not link what you read here to anything we know about you.
Fonts. The site's typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for them the same way it would on most websites.
Nothing else. Our hosting (Amazon Web Services) does not keep visitor logs for this site. Search runs inside your browser, so what you type in the search box is not sent to us.
The tools keep your numbers on your device
The tools do their arithmetic in your browser. What you type into them, such as caregiver wages, hours or a spending plan, is not sent to us or to anyone else. The spending plan builder keeps your plan in your browser's own storage, so it is still there if you refresh, and when you save a plan file it goes to your device, not to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
If you email or call us
If you write to info@sentinelfour.com or call 530-515-2948, we receive what you send and use it to answer you. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share what you tell us with anyone outside Sentinel Four unless you ask us to, for example your regional center or independent facilitator.
Your choices
You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, or with Google's opt-out add-on, and the site works the same without them. California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them from this site and ask us to delete it. Email info@sentinelfour.com and we will respond within 45 days.
Children
This site is written for adults: participants, families, facilitators, regional center staff and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect information from children through it.
Changes
If this changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
